Yingsheng Quan

Quan Yingsheng , famous contemporary artist , member of the China Artists Association. He is a judge of the 13th National Art Exhibition, an expert judge of the Central Propaganda Department, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and other competitions , and a winner of the "China Culture and Art Government Award", the highest award in the Chinese culture and art category awarded by the Ministry of Culture, won the Excellence Award of the Paris Art Salon for two consecutive years in 2020 and 202, member of the organizing committee of the international INNODESIGN PRIZE Global Innovation Design Competition, guest professor at Communication University of China, Jilin Art Institute, and Jilin Animation Institute .
