Introduction: Who-ya Extended is a Japanese creative unit centered around the vocalist フーヤ (Who-ya).

Biography: The unit first debuted in anime by performing the opening theme song titled "Qvism" in the TV anime Psycho-Pass 3, which started broadcasting on Fuji TV's "noitaminA" television block on October 24, 2019. A month later the unit made their major debut by releasing a full version of the single.

The unit would soon reappear in the sequel movie Psycho-Pass 3: First Inspector, with a brand new single titled "Synthetic Sympathy". The full version of the song was released and available for digital purchase on March 9, 2020.
