Born in Tokyo.
After graduating from Sociology Department at Toyo University, Noriko entered TYO Productions Inc. She became a producer in 1995, and created over 100 TV commercials for companies including Coca-Cola (Japan) Company and McDonald.
She has produced TV spots and projects since the birth of the NHK-BS character “Domo” in 1998.
Currently, she has been playing a key role in a wide range of activities, and produced new characters such as “Komaneko” and “PLUG”, advertisements, and picture books.
