Urana Kei is a pen name for Kanaru, a widely known twitter artist. Read backwards, (UranaK) is Kanaru (Kana琉).
Urana was also an assistant of Atsushi Ohkubo (author and artist of Fire Force and Soul Eater), and Okubo even considers her as his successor.
