Junya Ishigaki is a Japanese mechanical designer. His debut was as a guest mechanical designer on Yuusha Exkaiser in 1990 for Sunrise, where he worked for the next few years before going freelance. In 1998 he was one of the founders of the small short-lived Studio Trapezoid together with Manabu Ono, Susumu Yamaguchi and Takuya Saitou.
