Introduction: Hana, alternatively known as Usa, is a Japanese singer and utaite best known in the coterie industry for her theme songs in adult video game series. She has a known reputation for her wide vocal range and her dexterity in making songs of various musical genres. She specializes in ballads, pop, girls rock and electronica.
As Usa, her utaite alternative, she is known for her Hatsune Miku covers. Her voice is one of the generally higher pitched ones among the utaite, though she is fully capable of singing in a deeper, fuller voice, which is heard in some of her covers sung in a lower key.
Biography: Hana started singing on the internet in March 2007, and would later in May of the same year, first appear at the LIVE GATE TOKYO event. Additionally, in October of the same year, she would release the first coterie album titled "flower. (CD-R version)", it was sold out the very same day of release, and it would later be re-released on the press board and be sold out in half a year. Later in December of the same year, Hana started posting on video sharing website Nico Nico Douga, and there Hana would try to sing under the name of Usa, which she still does occasionally.
In 2010, she started her commercial activities in Kero Q's “Wonderful Everyday” with an opening theme titled “Aerodynamics Girl and Boy Poetry”. In the commercial scene she works as a freelancer, and she is in charge of singing and writing lyrics in her affiliated circles named "forest", "Hana to Onyx", and "Usa Koro Ni".
