40meterP, better known as 40mP, or alternatively known by alias Iname Tooru, is a Japanese vocalist, lyricist, arranger, composer, producer and illustrator. He uses the name 40mP when doing VOCALOID music composition, production and illustration, while as a singer-songwriter he uses the name Iname Tooru.

His works usually exceed 100,000 views in average. His most popular songs are "Karakuri Pierrot" and "Ren'ai Saiban", both achieving over 10M views. He has produced the most #1 songs on the Weekly VOCALOID Ranking, with 27 songs. He also holds the record for the most songs to enter the Hall of Fame, with a total of 76 works.
