Yokohama no Elf

An elf who has been living in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, since the Elven Forest in another world was burned down. Although he is a slim elf with a high level of self-esteem, typical of his race, he seems embarrassed that he still receives money from his uncle. He often acts like he's the leader of Kanagawa Prefecture.
