Satsuki Matsumae

Ohana's mother, who works as a professional writer. Satsuki is seen on bad terms with her own mother, calling her "the mother I've always hated". ~!Satsuki had rejected her mother's wishes for her to inherit the inn, leaving her mother and brother to run it as she left for her own life. !~ Due to her boyfriend writing her name on his papers, the debt he falls into forces Satsuki to make a moonlight escape from her normal life. As a result, Ohana is sent to her grandmother's inn due to the not-so-motherly nature of Satsuki. She has a surprisingly infamous reputation at the Inn, being the first topic at hand when staff members talk to Ohana for the first time.
