Roko

Queen's phantom thief partner. He is an enhanced dog capable of speaking human language along with using his ears as hands. He can also shout out sonic waves by howling. He enjoys Queen's company and often saves her from dangerous situations.

~!Roko, formerly known as Experiment 101, was a project at a research lab with many other genetically modified animals that had special powers like him. After escaping with the help of Doubt, he encountered Joker (then known as Jack), Spade (then known as King), and Queen. When another one of his fellow test subjects, an alligator known as Experiment 99, began attacking the city, he, along with Jack, helped stop it and save King and Queen. This experience inspired him to become a phantom thief alongside the other three.!~
