Mildred Primson

Mildred Primson is the richest girl in Harrisville, and her parents are very rich people. At the beginning when Anne started going to school Mildred got jealous about how smart and joyful Anne is. She even told her that she wanted to be her, Mildred wanted to be Anne. Mildred even asked Anne how she could still be kind to her after what she has done to her.
