Gyouza-kun

Gyouza-kun is an uncooked gyoza dumpling boy from the Cogimyun Universe who lives in the Cogimu Apartments. He has lots of energy, a pure heart, and doesn't think much about consequences. He is uncooked, so he has smooth, floury skin, which he likes. His filling may fall out when he goes too fast.
