Jin Mori is the breakout leading role for Tatsumaru Tachibana, who was primarily active in the theatre and stage industry before landing The God of High School. Some of his previous credits include Case File nº221: Kabukicho as Toratarou Kobayashi (2019-2020) and the stage play Alchemist Code as Kudanstein (2019-2020).
He announced on June 8th, 2024 that he got married to fellow voice actress Minami Tsuda.
