Ryuji Masuda is a Japanese 3DCGI Animation Director. He has graduated the Osaka University of Arts, and from 2007 to 2011 was the head of the Character Design Department at the Kyoto University of Arts. As of 2018, he is a landlord at a university-recommended boarding house in his hometown in the Kumamoto Prefecture.
