Noko was born in New York but moved shortly after to Chiba, Japan where he went to school. He was subjected to bullying at an early age, which lead to him later dropping out of high school and living as a NEET while part-time working.
He is known as the guitarist, lead vocalist, keyboard player and song composer of the band Shinsei Kamattechan.
