Hiroo Maruyama

Hiroo Maruyama is a producer working for Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS).

He joined Mainichi Broadcasting in 1999. Was transferred later to the Tokyo office and took over duties relating to the production of animation broadcasts. He was responsible for production on series like Gundam Seed, Gundam Seed Destiny and Full Metal Alchemist, all part of the 6:00pm Saturday timeblock, which gained wide popularity.
