Yuuta Iridatsu

Resident of room 103 in Korai House, who becomes a ghost through a mysterious out of body experience. He tries to keep a cool facade, but he has a strong sense of justice, compassion, and naivete. When he sees a girl's underwear, he gets a strong nosebleed and loses consciousness.
