An Afro-American explosive expert and ex-lieutenant of the 20th Engineer Brigade of the XVIII Airborne Corps in the US Army. Graduated from University of Virginia School of Architecture. Wiley met Lehm and Echo in the first Gulf War when he was assigned to blow up a chemical factory. After several years, Wiley paid Lehm a visit and met Koko. His real name is William Nelson. He is put in charge of giving Jonah English lessons. He is the only person on the team aside from Koko to be blacklisted by the FBI.
