A smart, mature, and talented student who knows a lot about martial arts. She has a dignified atmosphere about her, and cannot tolerate laziness.

Tomoe always cares for Miyabi who's bad at interacting with men. She also often advises her friends to eat vegetables for a balanced diet and to regain stamina and power.

Her blaze is a modified kusarigama with one end a sickle and the other end having a sharp dagger like point. The chain is made up of individual shards that are not connected, but acts as if they are.
