Till Clint is the political leader and representative of the planet Martine. He was Rock Linn’s assistant, best friend, and raised Jinto Linn (Rock’s son). After Rock made a deal with the Abh empire, he became the opposition leader.
Sometime between I.C.Y. 956 and I.C.Y. 958, when the planet was reclaimed by the empire, Till remained in power and his government refused to rejoin. After their defense (Big Charlie) was destroyed, the planet surrendered. However, the government devised a treaty to prevent Jinto and his descendants from setting foot on Martine again. Till brought the treaty to be signed by Jinto in their first meeting in a while.
~!When Martine was occupied by the Four Nations Alliance, he became the political leader of the planet and ordered Rock’s execution for treason.!~
