Tatsuya Fukuda

Director of Tokyo City Esperion FC Youth, and Head Coach of the A Team. He was born in Ehime, Japan but moved to Tokyo to attend high school. He joined Tokyo City Esperion FC of the J-League (Japan's top professional football league) at the age of 18 and became a regular at 20. At 23 he was signed by the Spanish club Sabadell FC who had been recently promoted to Spain's top division, La Liga. A while later, his mother married Hana Ichijou's father and he became her step-brother. Fukuda happens to meet Ashito in Ehime, discovers his talent, and invites him to try out for Esperion Youth.
