Rumaty Ivan di Raginei

Rumaty is the second in line to the Raginei throne and one of the candidates to be Kajika's future husband as selected by her father. He is 14 years old. Kajika refers to him as Oriental Blue, because of his unique colored eyes. Episodes 5 and 6: ~!When first introduced in episode 5 he comes across as cocky, and quite frankly annoyed by Kajika. After an incident in the greenhouse where Rumaty saves Kajika from an unruly character, Kajika seems to have an instant attraction to Rumaty. Rumaty throughout episode 5 seems to hate being bothered by formalities. He refuses to wear a head covering, which his Chamberlain seemed most upset about, and blackmailed Rumaty into wearing it again, by stating he would take his own life for the ways of Raginei meant a great deal to him. Later on Rumaty attempts to run away, and runs into Kajika again. The two then walked together into the night. Because she expressed such an interest in it, Rumaty gives Kajika his head covering . Soon after a car tries to run over Kajika and Rumaty. In episode 6, Kajika and Rumaty run away from the so called assassins. They soon run into street kids of Hong Kong who offer them sanctuary. It is then that we learn more of Rumaty's character. Because he was raised in the palace, he has an air about him. You notice he gives orders, and commands things. Kajika tries to make friends with him, and she realizes that he has no true friends even if he wants one. Rumaty is seen in some scenes blushing (probably because he is developing feelings for Kajika). They are soon interrupted by the assassins. Turns out one of the assassins is Rumaty's elder brother's head guard, commanded to kill Rumaty. Rumaty eventually gets to know Kajika and Harry's identities when he became the king and Mahaty's body gets weak. !~ Young Rumaty is voiced by Yuuko Misobe.
