Rie Kakinoki

A female member of the Kifuuken. She is secretly in love with Toshihiko who jokingly proposed to her as a child. With a ring she still wears as an adult. But when Toshihiko flees with Yuka the Shokujinki Rie is saddened. She wants Toshihiko to return and be with her. But her greatest loyalty of all is with the Kifuuken Organization.
