He appears to hold a grudge against Joker, Spade, and Queen, likely the reason why he placed a bounty on their heads. Instead of confronting them directly, he orders his subordinates to do so instead, while eating at his headquarters. Steak is his favorite food.
~!His true identity is Dump, the son of the couple who took care of Spade before he left to become a Phantom Thief. When he found out that Spade and his friends had become phantom thieves several years after meeting them, he vowed to get rid of them, thus forming the Devil's Fang.!~
