When the party first meets her, she is the victim of an Exsphere lacking a proper Key Crest. She agreed to Rodyle to take part in an experiment as her sister Alicia had left for Altamira, and their father, Sieg, had become too ill to continue work as a lumberjack. She just wanted to be strong enough to take her father's place but everything went out of control. After the experiment, Presea lost her emotions and her growth stopped; she didn't realize what was happening around her causing her to behave robotically.
