The captain of the Latme Village Vigilante Corps. He and his squad take turns performing duties such as manning the village gates and conducting patrols. A caring and boisterous man, he is a "man of action" who immediately puts his ideas into practice whenever he believes they are right. However, he tends to get carried away—sometimes going overboard and causing trouble—so he is frequently admonished by his second-in-command, Velivera.

He has taken a strong liking to Ivy and constantly looks out for her, treating her with great kindness.
