M-21

M-21 was one of the Union's hundred human experiments carried out under Dr. Crombel. He was labelled as a failed experiment and along with M-24 was used by the Union as an agent, until M-24's sacrifice in a mission against the Noblesse had changed him; as a person and as an experiment. The Noblesse, Raizel, awakened M-21's powers that the Union failed to, and M-21 became his affiliate. With the Noblesse's support, M-21 searches for the names and memories he and his fellow failed experiments lost during Dr. Crombel's tests on them.

While typically distant and reserved, M-21 is straight-forward and, if need be, provocative and aggressive. He has a wild temper, but also a dog-like loyalty, having grown protective of other RK, Raizel and the human high-schoolers.
