Lowe is your advage Junk Tech crew member. He's the one that found the both the Red Frame and the Blue Frame Astray Gundams. After loosing the Blue Frame to the Leader of the Serpent tail Mercinaries, Lowe continued on using the Red Frame Astray unit. He loves to built and create new weapons for his Red Frame Astray unit. He also likes to study and train in swordsmanship. He believes that machines have feelings too. And that both Coordinators and Naturals will live in peace amongst each other.
