Laura is a mermaid from "Grand Ocean" with a passion for singing and a dream of becoming the next ruling queen. In order to achieve her dream, Laura has set her mind on rescuing her homeland from a current threat by finding and gathering the legendary warriors: Precure! She sets out to Aozora City where she meets Manatsu, a girl the same age as her, and decides to live in the city with Manatsu and her friends. She is a confident and logically structured mermaid that isn't afraid to say whatever is on her mind.
