Kobeni Higashiyama

A Public Safety Devil Hunter, she is a new recruit working under Makima as a member of Tokyo Special Division 4. She is partnered with Hirokazu Arai.

She is not very courageous and gets scared easily by devils. Kobeni is shown to easily crack under pressure and break into tears during serious moments. Even though Kobeni is timid, she is pretty talented as a devil hunter. When Kobeni gets into action, she has proven to be cool-headed and efficient in battle, only breaking down in a panic once the fighting is over. Kobeni chooses to keep her devil contract a secret.
