A kappa-like creature who calls itself the heir to the throne of the Kappa Kingdom. When it pulls out humans' shirikodama (the organ that held humans' desires), they turn into kappa. He is the only being to be able to produce a Dish of Hope, capable of granting any wish.

~!During the war with the Otter Empire, due to desperation, he separated himself into two, one that is the embodiment of Hope and Light and one that is the embodiment of Despair and Darkness. When the two merged as one, Prince Keppi could return to his Kappa-human form!~
