A taciturn, mysterious girl from Class 3-B, very often found skipping class to hang out on the roof of the school building. Quick witted and free-spirited, she's constantly at odds with the by-the-book Chizuru, sometimes purposely trying to get on her nerves. She loves yakisoba bread.

Though her demeanor and appearance make her seem unapproachable, she's very playful and friendly with Takeru, Miki & the others. Even so, Kei almost never relies on those around her and tends to try to keep a distance from the others.

In Alternative, Kei is at a seemingly never-ending impasse with Chizuru, often deviating from her orders or getting in heated personal arguments with each other. She's skilled in close-range combat and prefers to adapt her plans on the fly, making her hard to work with.
