Jim Hawking

James "Jim" Hawking is an eleven-year-old outlaw and the business partner of Gene Starwind. The co-owner of Starwind and Hawking Enterprises, Jim acts as the brains to Gene's brawn in harried situations and is a constant voice of reason.
