Jenkins lost the opportunity to have Kate as his "pet" when she turned him down at the airport. For that, he keeps a grudge against Brick and the whole Ulfan. Ends up selling the information about their hideout to the Galaxy Police, and tries to kill the Boss, Brick and Dick, but ends up dead himself.
