James Booker

The major in the FAF is English. He has a desk job and is in charge of combat mission management, such as guidance of maneuvers plan and fuselage service and adjustment of sortie schedule. His priority is making sure that the pilots are returning home alive especially Second Lieutenant Fukai who is his subordinate. He is the only person to attempt to befriend Fukai, to get him to "loosen up" to deal with stress of battle. His hobby is boomerang making and their aerodynamic characteristics.
