A girl who discovers Akira waking up in the future world. She is curious and friendly. She lives in Hakodate Village. Her father is the village chief, Weir, and her mother is Taberina. She is not intimidated by Akira, who is worshipped as a god, and is interested in what happened to him and the past. Vogt, who lives with Weir and Taberina, is Idhi's Elpa (the name given to someone who is not her biological father in the Elsie system).
