Ibuki Tonami

Born in Toyama prefecture. She is a third-year at the same university as Botan. She is the dorm leader of the university dormitory where her and Botan live. She has a neat bob cut and usually wears lax, boyish, and oversized clothes. She is a pretty heavy drinker and has a lot of knowledge about alcohol. This shows especially in her dorm room, which is filled with half-empty liquor bottles.

Due to things that happened in her past, she is scared of drinking with other people, so she usually drinks alone. However, this changes when she meets Botan.
