A french dandy living in Paris and one of the most powerful puppet master ever known. He's nicknamed "Olympia's fiancé" after his puppet's surname. He may look childish or funny but he is in fact indifferent to whatever may happen under his eyes, as if he didn't have a heart. He first appears in volume 7 ~!when he saves Narumi and in return force him to join the Shiroganes in order to destroy the Automatons. !~
