Gouki Zenjoh

A member of Scepter 4. ~!He was the previous lieutenant of Scepter 4. Zenjoh killed the first Blue King and Munakata's predecessor Habari Jin, before his unstable Weismann Level could cause another Damocles Down during the Kagutsu Crater incident. Zenjoh left Scepter 4 soon after, living in recluse until Munakata persuades him to return, though he now works in the internal division that focus on support work.!~
