Feff

Feff is a commander of the Marduk forces and reports to Lord Emperor Ingues. Despite his ferocity and cruelty in combat, he does not entirely believe in the Ingues's extreme enforcement of cultural purity and eventually turns on Ingues once he understands what Ishtar is trying to do.
