Whitesnake is Pucci's Stand, with which he may steal up to two discs from individuals, one disc contains the Stand of the target while the other disc contains the target's memories.

This Stand is the final metamorphosis in a chain following Whitesnake and C-Moon; one of the very last elements of the plan referenced in Dio's Diary.
