Cyril Ashley

Vice-president of the Student Council at Serendia Academy. A third-year student in the high school division. Born to a father of marquess descent and a mother of commoner origins. After his father's death, he was adopted by distant relatives, the Marquess Highown, and lives away from his mother. He adores Felix, and works diligently and earnestly to support the student council president. He also has an aptitude for magic, and can use ice magic.
