Chisa is Kirino's best friend. She has a small crow familiar that stays on her shoulder named Jinta. ~! Unknown to everyone (until a certain point in the series), though, she is in fact a witch that often flies around on her broomstick handing away "Fake Gifts". She eventually returns her "powers" back to her mother.!~
